Many chapters and many topics has been removed from Ncert of class 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Now first we will discuss what should the class 12th students do and what should the Neet students do.
Class 12th students have to follow the new syllabus as updated in New Ncert and no need to study deleted topics or chapters. Because In your board exam approx all question will asked from syllabus either from Ncert or your notebook but that asked topic will also be present in your 12th class Ncert.
So class 12th students should study only new syllabus of ncert for physics, chemistry and biology.
But i suggest Neet students to not even skip a single deleted topic or chapter because if you will skip a single topic, may be question will arise from that portion then what will you do???
So Neet aspirants should not follow only New Ncert, you have to follow new as well as old ncert. I suggest you to follow only old syllabus because in new syllabus nothing has been added, only some portion has been removed.
The chapter that have been removed from biology class 12th are Reproduction in organism, Strategies for enhancement in food production, Environmental issues.
Some chapters has also removed from chemistry like States of matter, Hydrogen, S block and from 12th Metallurgy, Polymer and chemistry in everyday life has also been deleted from syllabus as on new Ncert.
So, Neet students should study all syllabus either in new Ncert or removed portion for Neet-2024. After Neet 2024 , you will actually come to know is really only new Ncert sufficient for Neet.
